Shipping Methods

All orders placed online will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground Residential or Commercial.  We offer UPS 3 day, 2 day, and overnight for an additional charge.  UPS does not delivery on weekends or national holidays.  We do ship overseas.   Please contact us for shipping rates.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for Crocs, Danskos, Rockports and Ryka retail footwear.  Shipping for Easy Spirit, Rockers and Birkenstocks is $8.95 a pair and FREE SHIPPING for the second pair.

Shipping Schedule

* All orders will be processed & shipped within 24-48 hours of placing your order.  Monday - Friday (excluding national holidays).

If you are paying by certified check or money order your order will be shipped when we receive payment.

The below times are from the date your order was shipped, not the date the order was placed.  If you need something by a certain date or time please call us at 800-831-0940 so we can accommodate your needs.

USPS Priority Mail - 2-3 days after the order is processed
UPS Ground - 1-6 days after the order is processed
UPS Second Day - Second day after the order is placed
UPS Next Day - Next business day after the order is processed

* Delivery time are for in-stock footwear only. In some cases, our footwear ships directly from the manufacturer.  If this is the case, shipping may take 2-14 days longer, depending on the manufacturer.

Payment Methods

We accept VISA, MC, and AMEX, money orders, and certified checks.  We DO NOT accept personal checks.

If we don't have or cannot get the item ordered, we will email or call you for your preferred alternatives.

Return & Exchanges

You may return your order, within 30 days, for an exchange or a refund.

If you are exchanging, indicate the brand, style, color, size and width of the product you are exchanging and put the info on a note with the return.  Pack your footwear and return info in the original shoe box and then pack it inside another cardboard box.  Damage to the shoe box will incur a $4.90 re-boxing fee.  All exchanges will incur a $8.95 reshipping fee.  You are responsible for return shipping changes.

Note: Worn shoes are not returnable.  If the item appears to be defective please contact Customer Service at 1-800-831-0940.  We cannot accept exchanges or returns that are scuffed, soiled or worn in any way.  So please drive your new footwear on a carpeted surface.
